About the role
Dispelix Oy is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to operate the Quality Management System (QMS) and align procedures and processes to support the QMS development. The role is based in Espoo (preferred location) or Joensuu, and we have a hybrid working model in use.
The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of leading and undertaking internal audits across all areas of the business as well as across the supply chain. You will provide training and champion the Quality Management System company-wide.
What you will do:
Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations
Maintain the Quality Manual and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business
Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business
Organize and manage internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system
Host external Quality System audits
Provide awareness and training on Quality issues and business processes
Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with continuous improvement initiatives
Plan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality procedures
Support other functional areas to maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents
Promote the use of relevant techniques for continuous improvement
What you bring:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as the ability to solve complex problems in a structured and organized manner
Excellent understanding of methodologies for continuous improvement, and ability to apply and coach them in a quickly developing organization
An MSc degree or equivalent from engineering or related discipline
5+ years of proven experience in quality processes for high-tech companies
Fluent English skills – both written and spoken
