The People team takes care of our people and always strives to create the best environment for our superstar teams.
Our HR professionals take care of the well-being of our people, enabling them to thrive. The team is responsible for implementing and managing compensation, benefits, and rewards. We also recruit new Dispelixians and onboard them with our orientation program, as well as coordinate trainings for all employees.
The team engages in HR business partnering, people operations, talent acquisition, and HR projects.
