The Manufacturing Development team develops, ramps up, and scales mass-manufacturing processes based on Dispelix waveguide technology with our strategic manufacturing partners.
They systematically develop our waveguide mass manufacturing processes to meet the requirements of current and future product generations.
The daily work of this team involves applying well-established engineering methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and various data analysis tools. Working closely with suppliers, they develop production processes using the best tools, methods, and partners.
This highly educated and skilled group comprises professionals with engineering and scientific backgrounds, especially in nanophotonics design, fabrication methods, and mass manufacturing processes.
